TOURNAMENT RESULTS

This year’s tournament, we will be using Athelink for all communication for our tournament.
The above file is the draw at the start of the tournament and may be updated periodically

From their website you will be able to:
- Follow stats on your phone or send the link to friends and family who can’t make it. (Official score will be tracked live on tablets during each game).
- Site scorekeepers will be able to update scores and tournament brackets directly from the gym at the completion of each game.
- Spectators with Android compatible devices can take and upload video highlights with the Athelink application while watching the game.
Timeouts for Loonies (Clarification)
Since our initial correspondence about the use of timeouts in our tournament, we have received a number of emails about concerns about the administering of timeouts during the tournament.
To simplify things, please note the following:
All teams will have access to all of their time outs throughout the tournament as per FIBA rules. The purchasing of these timeouts is voluntary, but we would anticipate strong support for the initiative from the majority of the teams competing in the tournament. The goal of the donation is to address some of the challenges of “Physical Literacy” in our inner city.
Although, we will be gladly accepting any contributions, a $20.00 donation is the minimum established for the mailing of a charitable tax receipt. Our site supervisors will ask you in advance of your first game if anyone from your team will be contributing to the fundraising event. They will create a list of donations and will issue a receipt for those teams being reimbursed by their club. A charitable receipt will be mailed directly from the charity for any donations in excess of $20.00.
Our site supervisors will take either cash or a check. Please may check payable to "Boys and Girls Club of Hamilton".
Detailed instructions will be forwarded by separate email and will also be detailed in the tournament program. Team Contacts are reminded to distribute to your parents, the passwords that you would have received during registration..
